“After a couple of dissatisfying attempts to sell our home with no success. I called omnia home solutions about a cash offer. Spoke to Jeff he convinced me after a couple conversations on the phone to take a different path not really a traditional home sale and not a cash offer but this kind of third option. He went on to say that it would get me more money than the cash offer and it wouldn't be as tedious as a traditional home selling experience. So I agreed. I was very skeptical. But he delivered the home sale on the targeted date and he got us every penny for our home that he said he would. The closing process on that sale has been a nightmare due to no fault of his own. Many issues on the buyer's side has caused delays. But I could say that Jeff went well above and beyond what I would expect somebody in his role to do.
